Order: We can accept orders by filling out the order form. We will send you a confirmation email about the reservation. Please place your order 24 hours before the planned trip. Processing of orders takes a maximum of 10 hours. If you want to make a reservation within 24 hours, please call our phone number.

Cancellation: Cancellation is free of penalty if canceled within 24 hours before departure. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, 50% of the planned route will be charged. We can accept cancellations by e-mail or phone. We will send you details on the payment of the cancellation fee by e-mail.
